R-F Reclosable Frac Sleeve

The R-F reclosable Frac Sleeve is designed for horizontal well environment. This versatile sleeve can be operated by dropping a ball from surface for increased completion efficiency.

The R-F reclosable Frac Sleeve is initially closed, a ball is dropped to the ball seat in the R-F Frac Sleeve, applied pressure acts on the internal piston, moving the piston down to the set position, the R-F Frac Sleeve is been opened and provides communication between the tubing and annulus.

The ball seat in the R-F reclosable Frac Sleeve is drillable to provide full wellbore access and allow selective opening and closing by using shifting tool.

●The external material is optional (P110, L80 or higher grade);
●The internal component (ball seat) is made of drillable materials and easy to drill out;
●Full bore can be achieved after ball seat drilling out;
●Allow selective opening and closing by using shifting tool after the ball seat been drilled out;
●The seal units are reliable, which can ensure effective sealing after multiple shifting;
●Max pressure rating of 15,000PSI[103.4MPa];
●Max temperature rating of 350°F;
●Corrosive-resistant ball seat prevents high flow and high sand ratio erosion.
